In compliance with the legal regulations of public order of the Republic of Colombia and of the other countries where the AE MENTORÍA Y CONSULTORÍA platform is present (Angela María Escobar as the owner of the platform) informs you that by signing this form, you authorizes AE MENTORÍA Y CONSULTORÍA - ANGELA MARÍA ESCOBAR, as Responsible for the Treatment, to carry out the following operations with respect to the personal data that it is supplying (either on its own behalf or as legal representative of the minors in its charge, representing in the latter case to said special holders of personal data): collection, storage, organization, consolidation, processing, updating, rectification, circulation, transmission, transfer, use and deletion in order to allow the adequate functionality of your user account in the AE MENTORING AND CONSULTANCY platform as well as for Angela María Escobar to interact at the c level commercial and customer service with you. The validity of these treatments will be equal to the period in which the purpose or purposes of the respective treatment are maintained, or the period of validity that indicates a specific legal, contractual or jurisprudential cause.

As the owner of the personal data that you are providing (or as the legal representative of the minors in your charge, representing in this case such special owners of personal data), you will have the rights of knowledge, access, rectification, updating, Revocation of the authorization and deletion of non-public personal data to which Treatment will be given.
